    Strange style for us americans maybe not.

    Anyway - the odds are plus or minus any integer. Examples ( +250 ; -175)

    If the sign is plus: К=(Х+100)/100

    or example: К = (250+100)/100 = 3.5

    If the sign is minus: К = (Х+100)/Х - Х is the absolute value - without the minus sign

    or example: К = (175+100)/175 = 1.57

    As you said - strange style - seeing person -330 hardly orient immediately.
